Bryan helped me buy a very nice house at a good price. I bought a nice house during a time when the market was flooded with buyers. It was a nice house in a high demand area. The first day that the house was listed on MLS Bryan let me know about. Lucky he did because because we looked at the house the 1st night it was listed and by the next day we learned that there had already been 4 other showings. Being a first time home buyer me and my boyfriend were clueless. Bryan was our Realtor.
